COVID19 Operational Update
Dear Valued Community
We hope you and your families are staying safe and healthy. The COVID19 virus has not doubt impacted every one of us across the country and the world. As we learn of the growing cases of individuals that have tested positive, it is likely that we will all know someone personally that has been affected. It is not lost on us how difficult this is for every person. Each of us will be affected by this differently, but it will have an effect on every one of us.
During these uncertain times Arrowhead Imports remains committed to the health and safety of our team members, clients, and communities. We have increased disinfecting of surfaces within our facility. All frequently touched surfaces of vehicles are disinfected before and after service. We will continue to remain open. Effective 03/23/2020 we are implementing the following policies and procedures.
1. Our lobby and waiting areas are suspended. Vehicles must be dropped off for service/repairs.
2. If you think you have been exposed to COVID19 we ask that you postpone bringing your vehicle in.
3. Vehicle pick up and drop off services are available at no charge. Please let us know if you prefer to have your vehicle picked up from your home/work by our staff.
Together we will make it through this. And when we do, we are confident we will be stronger than ever. We thank all of our customers for their support.
